About these terms

These Terms apply to your access to and use of the public DevX Digital website. DevX Digital is the public brand operated by TYPERT DIGITAL S.R.L. The website provides information about the business, its capabilities, selected work, and ways to make an enquiry.

These are website-use Terms only. They do not create a client engagement, statement of work, service level, price, schedule, acceptance criterion, or other commercial commitment.

Client engagements

Any paid project or ongoing service is governed by the proposal, statement of work, master agreement, order, or other terms agreed for that engagement. If a signed client agreement conflicts with these website-use Terms, the signed agreement governs the client engagement to the extent of that conflict.

Sending a contact enquiry does not require DevX Digital to accept work or make an offer. Pricing, scope, schedule, responsibilities, acceptance terms, and dependencies are agreed separately.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

• break applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
• interfere with, damage, probe, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or its supporting systems;
• introduce malicious code, misuse the contact form, send spam, or submit unlawful, deceptive, threatening, or abusive content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation; or
• collect personal data from the website without a valid legal basis and any required permission.

Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its visitors, or third parties from misuse. The website does not implement public user accounts.

Website content and intellectual property

Governing law and competent courts

These website-use Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute relating to these Terms or use of the website is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, subject to any mandatory rules that assign another court or provide protections that cannot be waived.

This section applies only to website use. Disputes arising from a client engagement are governed by the applicable signed client agreement.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the website or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest published revision. Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory rights or rules that apply to you.
