Turning audit recommendations into reliable production changes

SEO agencies regularly identify issues that cannot be solved through content or configuration alone. Structured data, template behaviour, navigation, ecommerce feeds, redirects, forms and performance problems often require implementation inside live production systems.

ClickBrainiacs needed a partner that could translate detailed recommendations into maintainable WordPress and WooCommerce changes without taking ownership away from the agency or disrupting the client relationship.

The portfolio included healthcare, professional-services and ecommerce websites with different themes, plugin stacks, hosting constraints and levels of technical debt.

A clear division between strategy and implementation

ClickBrainiacs retains ownership of the audit, SEO strategy, priorities and client communication. DevX receives the implementation brief, assesses the technical path and delivers the engineering work inside the agreed white-label model.

Changes are scoped against the live environment, implemented with the surrounding WordPress or WooCommerce system in mind, tested and returned with the context the agency needs for review and client communication.

The recurring model allows implementation batches to move across different websites without exposing end-client relationships or presenting DevX as the owner of the underlying SEO strategy.

Technical work across the portfolio

  • Structured-data and breadcrumb implementation.
  • Metadata, template, redirect and navigation changes.
  • WordPress and WooCommerce diagnosis and production fixes.
  • Product-feed and merchant-feed implementation work.
  • Brevo, form and connected marketing-system integrations.
  • Caching, performance and frontend delivery fixes.
  • Localization and mobile-experience corrections.
  • Testing, debugging and release support for approved changes.

Recurring technical capacity without building a larger internal team

The partnership gives ClickBrainiacs a repeatable route from audit to production. Recommendations that require code, WordPress expertise, WooCommerce knowledge or third-party integration work can be assigned to a technical team already familiar with the agency’s operating model.

For DevX, the result is a long-running, multi-site engineering relationship rather than a collection of disconnected maintenance tickets.

The case study does not claim ranking, traffic, conversion or revenue improvements. Those outcomes depend on the broader SEO and commercial programme and were not supplied to DevX as verified data.

Protecting the agency relationship

End-client names and individual website URLs are intentionally omitted from the public case study unless the agency and the relevant client explicitly approve their use.

This page describes the delivery model and engineering scope without exposing confidential client arrangements.
