Engineering a B2B platform for a global diamond company

Turning a sophisticated product story into a functional B2B experience

The project combined product information, distinctive diamond imagery, motion assets and multiple information pages. The implementation needed to preserve the premium visual direction while remaining usable across desktop and mobile.

The platform also had to pass functional review by operational stakeholders. That meant the assignment could not stop at visual reproduction; navigation, content behaviour, contact flows and the handling of supplied media all required engineering attention.

A formal delivery framework with direct stakeholder access

The engagement was established through a service agreement, delivery timeframe, resource plan, quotation and technical documentation. This created a shared definition of the work before implementation advanced.

DevX collaborated with HB Antwerp through dedicated meetings, a project Slack channel and structured feedback documents. Product and supply-chain stakeholders could review the platform directly and identify functional issues without information being lost between layers of communication.

A reviewable B2B platform built through a controlled implementation process

HB Antwerp received a working platform that could be reviewed and refined against both visual and functional expectations. The structured feedback loop allowed issues to be addressed progressively instead of accumulating until the end of the project.
