Launching a media brand across desktop, tablet and mobile
Headline Management needed a website that could introduce a new show with a recognizable visual personality and remain easy to manage as new content appeared. DevX covered the path from brief and interface design to WordPress delivery and launch.
- UI/UX & WordPress Launch for a Media Brand
- Web design
- WordPress development
A new programme needed a digital identity before it had an established web pattern
The website had to introduce the programme, its people and its content without relying on an existing digital system. The visual tone needed to feel connected to the show while still supporting practical content publishing.
Because the audience would arrive from social and mobile channels, the experience could not be designed only as a desktop presentation and adapted as an afterthought.
Designing the experience as a responsive system
DevX worked from the project brief and developed the interface across desktop, tablet and mobile. Feedback was incorporated through design iterations before the approved direction moved into WordPress.
The implementation was structured so the client could publish and update content after launch without rebuilding page layouts for every new item.
What DevX delivered
- UI/UX direction based on the programme brief.
- Desktop, tablet and mobile page designs.
- Design review and refinement cycles.
- WordPress implementation of the approved interface.
- Content modules and editorial page structure.
- Responsive quality assurance.
- Hosting setup and production launch support.
- Post-launch corrections required during the initial content cycle.
A launch-ready digital home for the show
The programme received a coherent website that could communicate its identity across screen sizes and support ongoing editorial content.
By combining design and implementation in the same delivery flow, the project avoided the common gap between an attractive concept and a WordPress build that behaves differently in production.
